- Home delivery anywhere in Israel — 30 ₪.
- Free self pickup — HaYotzrim 14, Karmiel, by appointment.
- Delivery within up to 4 business days (Sun–Thu) from order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt — unworn, in new condition, with original tags attached.
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back — no cancellation fee.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Size or color exchanges are free of charge, subject to stock — contact us to arrange.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
